Italian Study Visa Documents Process

In Todays Blog, I am going to talk about the documents verification procedure for Italian study visa,

• when it comes to the Italian Study visa, it requires patience and only patience. For the very basic reason of Italian Beurocracy System. It is very slow and requires lots of Paperwork. the other thing about Italian universities is they offer only one intake in a whole year i.e only September intake.

•  Most of the courses in Italy are in the Italian language. however, the trend is changing these days, and there are quite a few universities that offer courses in the English language. For this reason, I would strongly suggest you search your course and make sure that the course is the English language. 

• You will have to verify and attest your all educational documents from the concerned board or higher education authority. you will also need to verify 3 copies of each certificate with original stamps or seals.

example, if a student wants to apply in masters, he will have to follow the following procedure.

1. verify your Matric/10th-grade certificate and Transcript/DMC from the concerned board along with 3 copies each. then take them to IBCC for another verification and another stamp.
2. do the same with your 12th grade/F.sc certificate and Transcript.
3. Now verify your Bachelor Degree and Transcript from your University along with 3 copies each and after that, take them to the HEC office. to verify them. (the procedure for verification from HEC has got changed, You have to book the appointment and upload your documents and they will tell you when to come for the stamps)
4. after you are done with the above procedure, you will need to take them to any Foreign Office for attestation. after the attestation, you are done.
