PTI's government Federal Minister for Power Division Mr. Omer Ayub Khan. who in the past month was praised by Prime Minister Imran Khan for recovering Record extra 88billion rupees in only a few months after taking charge of the office.Mr. Ayub is working hard and is promising to bring revolution in Wapda and get rid of the old dead system where poor citizens were used to being charged excessively for their electricity bills.

Mr. Khan has launched an online complaint portal where people can complain about Wapada.

people can file a complaint if you are facing any of the following problem related to Wapda in Pakistan,

1. Billing Complaints, of any Nature.
2. if an employee is not treating you the right way or you want to report an employee.
3. if the transformer in your area is out of order and it needs replacement. 
4. if someone is stealing electricity in your area and you want to inform the authority.
5. if there is a problem in any transmission line in your area.
6. if you want to install a new connection and the employee is asking for a bribe.
7. Tripping of the electricity.
8. If you are getting your electricity bills late.
9. New transformer installation.
10. if you are facing low voltage in your area.
11. if there are unscheduled power cuts in your area.

what would you need to file a complaint?

There are some certain things you should know before going online for filing your complaint, they are as follow, 

1. Your Personal information, like name, email address, your contact number, and your city.
2. then you will need some information about the distribution authority, which includes your bill reference Number, which you can find it on your electricity bill. Your Concern Disco and SubDivision then Nature of your complaint and fewer details of your about your complaint and then click submit.
